# Best Boundary-Wire Robot Lawn Mowers

A buried wire is the oldest and cheapest way to keep a robot on the lawn, and it does not care about trees. These are the wire models, cheapest first.

How this list is ranked: Models that need a boundary wire, ordered by the maker's list price, lowest first. We list at most two robots per brand and only models not ruled out of the US market. Every figure is the maker's claim, not a test result.
